Electronics Engineer - Production Tooling

As a Electronics Engineer at MYLAPS, you will be at the forefront of developing and enhancing production and test tooling critical to maintaining our high-quality standards. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations between our Hardware Development team and Production team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be a part of our Hardware development team and work closely with the Production team at the Operations Center. You will join bi-weekly sprint planning sessions and daily stand-ups and report to the Team Lead of Hardware Development.

As a Electronics Engineer at MYLAPS, you will be at the forefront of developing and enhancing production and test tooling critical to maintaining our high-quality standards. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations between our Hardware Development team and Production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize production and test tooling to improve efficiency and quality standards;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand production needs and implement effective solutions;
- Provide recommendations to management on areas for improvement in production processes;
- Ensure new product releases have robust production tooling in place.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded electronics and application development;
- Strong Dutch language skills are essential for effective communication with local teams;
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and engage with diverse stakeholders;
- Self-reliant with a proactive approach to process improvement and quality assurance;
- You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for collaborating across teams;
- Extensive experience in embedded electronics and software application development;
- Fluency in Dutch is necessary for effective communication within our local teams.
