Our EMEA Sales Team, located at MYLAPS International Headquarters in Haarlem (close distance to Amsterdam) is looking for a:
Regional Sales Account Manager - Motorized Sports
Main regional focus: NL + DACH + Central Europe As Regional Account Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of budgeted sales and driving growth through new business and proactive client development. You speak fluent German and English. You have a winning mindset: you want to be successful in sales and you want to deliver your numbers!You are an experienced consultative sales professional, who understands what it takes to drive sales through developing and nurturing partners/distributors and resellers, whilst also seeking out and closing new direct business for at least 50% of your time.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Generate profitable business by building efficient relationships with customers, resellers, partners, and other players in the industry;
Developing new direct business through cold outreach, marketing generated warm lead follow-up, referrals, and industry contacts;
Managing pipeline (primarily through Salesforce CRM) for lead generation, sales territory and partner planning, and accurate forecasting;
Developing sales through phone, email, on-line and in-person meetings, and crucially, on-site, technical demonstrations;
Working closely with the various departments at International Headquarters in Haarlem, The Netherlands;
Providing market intelligence to Product Management for roadmap and product development;
Reporting to the EMEA Motorized Team Lead and being an active and valuable member of the EMEA Motorsports Team.
Your profile:
Higher Vocational Education. A technical background is a plus;
Seasoned sales professional: you are able to cope with resistance, overcome objections and be able to creatively close the deal;
At least 3 years of experience of working in an international environment either as Sales Executive or Account Manager;
Hands-on and pragmatic attitude with a team player’s mentality;
Passion for, and knowledge of, the international motorsports landscape – previous professional experience is a plus;
Willing to travel and work during weekends (visit motorsports events). Total travel up to 30%+ of your time throughout the year;
Only applicants are being considered that live in the Netherlands or Germany;
Fluent in German and English is mandatory.
