Equine Sports Product & Project Manager

MYLAPS, with its global track record in being in a leading position in the Sports Technology market for both Active and Motorized sports, is entering a new era! Global Equine Sports is a market we explored over the last years, and we are ready to further develop this market by adding a dedicated Product & Project Manager to our team.


Based at our International Headquarters in Haarlem, The Netherlands, you are working closely with Business Development, Technical Support and Product Management to implement the processes for equine sports from sales to service to product lifecycle. Key for us in this market is accuracy in automatic timing and providing excellent services to the tracks all over the world. Our hard- and software solutions in the equine product portfolio are already successfully installed at major tracks in Asia and the Pacific. Further worldwide rollout is about to take off.

What is expected of you?

  • You translate portfolio strategy and customer needs in concrete solutions
  • You play a key role in the Equine product development, product maintenance and life cycle management
  • You work closely with our Equine Business Developer
  • You provide excellent support to tracks and visit them from time to time (estimate travelling is once per quarter)
Who are you?
  • You have a structural and commercial drive with a passion for equine sports
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business
  • You have technical affinity
  • You are self-starting, pragmatic and you like to conquer the world of equine sports
  • You possess excellent communication skills in English, verbally and written, and you know how to negotiate. Not only from a commercial point of view, but also to convince internal stakeholders that it needs to happen

Onboarding
