We are now seeking a Junior Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic Hardware Development and Engineering team, focusing on enhancing our production and test tooling processes.

In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between Production, Development, and Suppliers. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external technical partners, you will play a key role in resolving production challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain both new and existing electronics production tooling essential to MYLAPS' electronics production.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of production and tooling issues, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Hardware and Operations teams to recommend and implement product and process improvements based on your analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A strong background in electronics development, with a passion for creating and maintaining sustainable tooling that enhances high-quality electronics production.
  • A degree in a technical field such as (Micro) Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • A genuine affinity for electronics, with a keen interest in applying your creativity to innovate and improve processes.
  • Knowledge or experience in mechanical engineering is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
  • This is an office-based position, with no remote work option.
