MYLAPS Innovation Center (MIC) is tasked with the innovations of our Sports Technology Group.  
In our ‘thinktank’ we come up with future concepts with regards to timing, safety, race control for Active and Motorsports and we recently added Equine Sports (horse racing). Our team is both operational and strategically active as we are constantly in the field building, testing, measuring and concluding success and failure. We learn from our failures, and we celebrate our successes on an ongoing basis.

We are looking for an Innovation Engineer who will join us shortly. Your primary focus will be on highly accurate timing and positioning systems for use in high-end sporting events. You will be part of a team of 4 Innovation Specialists. You will be working closely with our CTO to explore the best applications for innovative timing and positioning systems while keeping effectiveness, performance and safety in mind.
 
Your profile:

• Higher Vocational (HBO) or Academic education in Mathematics / Software Development
• You are a pragmatician with a solid mathematical and technical base
• Affinity for the development of functional software (preferably Phyton and C++)
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English is a must, because we are an international company
• You have a driver’s license
• You can travel internationally to test the innovative systems with customers
• It is mandatory that you live in The Netherlands to be considered for this position
