We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer who’s excited to support our consumers and partners in using our cutting-edge products.

About the role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for our B2C customers – helping individual athletes, clubs, and retail partners with technical questions and challenges. You’ll work from our office in Haarlem, closely with our Software, Hardware, Commercial and Product teams to ensure our customers receive the best support and user experience possible.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our technology running smoothly, making sports more enjoyable, fair, and connected.

What you’ll do
  • Provide technical support for our consumer-facing products (hardware and software).
  • Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Work closely with users to understand their questions, needs, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Assist in installations, testing, and customer documentation.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s level education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting (embedded systems is a plus).
  • Good understanding of networking (basic setup, diagnostics).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus, not a must).
  • A self-starting, problem-solving, hands-on mindset.
  • Experience with customer support or technical service is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to become part of our 24/7 support rotation, including participation in an on-call schedule.
  • Based in The Netherlands.
