The role
As our IT Support Employee, you’ll be the friendly face of IT: supporting colleagues, fixing problems and keeping our workplace running smoothly. This way, you directly contribute to enabling top-level sports performance at multiple levels.
What You’ll Do
You are the go-to person who troubleshoots incidents, handles IT requests, and supports users both in person and by phone. With your hands-on mentality and customer-focused approach, you make sure most issues are solved on the spot.
What You Bring
🎯 2+ Years of experience with first-line IT support
🎯 Knowledge of office hardware (screens, docking stations, cables)
🎯 Secondary vocational education (MBO)
🗣️ Excellent English communication skills
🚗 A valid driver’s license is an advantage
🎯 Experience with Office 365, VPN clients, and common office IT tools
🎯 Eagerness to learn and grow within IT
🎯 Availability to work on-site 3-5 days per week in our Haarlem office

The role
As our IT Support Employee, you’ll be the friendly face of IT: supporting colleagues, fixing problems and keeping our workplace running smoothly. This way, you directly contribute to enabling top-level sports performance at multiple levels.
Based at our headquarters in Haarlem, the Netherlands, you provide first-line support to manage and improve the complete IT infrastructure of MYLAPS. Together with the IT team, you support around 220 colleagues across our international locations in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Denmark.
What You’ll Do
You are the go-to person who troubleshoots incidents, handles IT requests, and supports users both in person and by phone. With your hands-on mentality and customer-focused approach, you make sure most issues are solved on the spot.
You spot trends and recurring issues (e.g., Outlook add-on errors, synchronization problems, or Wi-Fi issues) and escalate when needed. Use ITIL practices to identify underlying problems and collaborate with System and Network Engineers on long-term solutions.
You will have the chance to work in a very diverse IT landscape where you work on hardware and workplace setups, access management, support with IT projects and driving continuous improvements. You ensure that requests and incidents are properly registered and resolved.
What You Bring
