About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Manager for Motorsports to lead and expand our business in Japan and South Korea. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams at HQ in The Netherlands to drive sustainable growth and strengthen our market position.
Our Shibuya based regional office is a fast-paced growing organization which soon has 6 associates. It is a close-knit team where collaboration and being a back-up for one another is important as together you are accountable for success.  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Product Management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales
• Industry experience in Motorsports 
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (Salesforce)
• Ability to travel regularly within the region
• Fluent in English spoken and written, native-level Japanese is a must
• Experience/knowledge in IT networking is a plus
• Industry experience is a plus
